Thanks Mitch. Just from observation and general hobby tendencies. Only US porn stars command over 1k. Elite rich economies in Dc, new York and LA girls seem to get whatever. But imagine, a South American, Indian, East asia, or a European working class guy visits here and can't afford to get laid?
