I have a friend who got arrested for soliciting. Will he go to jail? Anyone know a good lawyer?

I note Mr. Bob has already been banned, but I suggest you post this in the Houston Forum if you have a different handle.

In general for solicitation arrest all is needed is an agreement for sex. The act does not need to take place.

Assuming this is his 1st offense he would be fined and John school.

I have never been, but typical curriculum includes these topics:
Health consequences, Impact on communities, impact on survivors, victimization risks,Legal issues,responsibility, developing and maintaining healthy relationships, human trafficking,pimping,Sexual addiction,impact on spouses and children.

I thought the John school was bad until...
