Default Anyone Care For Some Positive Vibes This AM?
Happy Monday!
I know Monday's can be draining and a pain in the a*@ for the fellas who have to get up and get back to work! One of my New Year resolutions this year is to develop a healthier morning routine. Wake up early, eat a healthy hearty breakfast, light yoga, read new current events, jot down new goals, listen to some good tunes & ect.

I have stuck to this routine every morning since the beginning of the year and I have definitely seen a drastic change in my health! Waking up more energized and feeling rejuvenated! With that being said, I Thought I'd spread some positive vibes this morning and share a video of my "MOOD" The Cape Verde side of me came out this AM!! Lol

That was hot!!

My morning routine is not as sexy like yours , but I get up early in the morning for an hour gym session, coffee, breakfast, turn on loud music, shower, clothes, brush teeth, try my best to look fresh to def, and make my way to work.

I got up and did my first workout with my personal trainer!!! I like to do a great positive meditation in the morning before I start my day!!! Thanks Taylor this is a great topic!!!
