Del Rey- ladies all around in lobby- bar- casino- pool.
Taormina Hotel & Casino on Ave 11 & calle 3B. Close to Little Havana Hotel - Zona 2- alot of massage places.

Fuck that those hotels are filthy as fuck. Don't think the maids have your interests in mind by throughly cleaning cum stains out of floor and sheets. Your best bet is a Airbnb . I stayed at one close by Del Rey and they have plenty of them under $65 that are far better If you need help message me and check my post on the top 10 rules of Costa rica
