I’ve been thinking the same thing. Based off the recent encounter reports, it appears this place has become the new Ming. Only difference is the owner isn’t a former LEO.

I knew Ming had plenty of traffic, but I wasn’t too familiar with Lilac. Perhaps LE just went after the two AMPS with the most traffic.
