Last Activity profile info

Mods,
Most provider profiles have their 'Last Activity' posted on the third line.
Usually recent but sometimes months ago or even last year.
This is very helpful to us in determining who is or is not active now.

Some provider profiles do not contain this line at all.
What determines whether 'Last Activity' is post or missing?

When the line is missing, is the information available elsewhere?

They have their profiles set to "invisible mode" so that info wouldn't be on their profile.
