Didnt feel insecure to me. I actually felt more nervous going to the places in the nice complexes back in the day. I feel like the foot traffic would stand out more in the upscale buildings

Those places are more secure than upscale apartments. I think in this particular complex I have seen more than 5 different providers. Never had any issues.
