Default Does this constitute rape?

On a different forum, someone was saying sex with an escort=rape (Because the escort doesn't truly want sex with you; she's only doing it for money).

Sounds insane. Yeah, obviously she's only doing it for money. This is the first time I've ever heard anyone call it rape though.

Your thoughts?

Legal it call being a John, but some psychiatrist have determined any sex other done by woman other than, to make her pussy feel good, have a baby or her pride is rape. Honestly is guy paying for sex when she could get a real job theath. Any decent guy would would take care of his bed buddy GF, friend with benefits, or hooker. I most likely get money suck stick but I would hate it I not gay.

Sex work is categorically Not rape. As long as you pay the agreed "donation" and respect her boundaries you are doing nothing wrong.

you can't rape the willing. As said above, we can get other jobs. Now there are exceptions to that thought, some were thrown in at an early age and never fortunate enough to gain other skills therefore think they are stuck. Rape no.

That's common sense, or at least it used to be.
These days all that matters is what a jury thinks & how believable a lady can be.
There are a lot of ladies in the hobby that really feel like they are being taken advantage of & violated even though they are the ones offering the services, setting the rates & terms.

That call a donation factor, she take all 40 hours a week to post and fuck and weight around for no call no showed. Good adds cost I like see woman on paid add sights, comdoms cost ,hotel cost, gas cost, top soil removal cost. Guys can't buy wet in a bottle like woman can with KY we have to like what we see.
It she want to see me again for $80 I know she into me.

But what would be crazzy good time is if provider jump on you kiss and rub her raw pussy on my raw cock and demand sex first then she ask payment after. The only thing I ever been demand sexual is bath back back rub in the shower. Both my wife at and a nother GF both want that leaving me with a hard on.

I said this on the other forum and told that I would be banned for life if I said it again. So I said it again, and I am banned.

Unfortunately, the definition of rape has expanded to the point it has become entirely subjective. Especially if consent can be retroactively withdrawn, no one is safe from an accusation that could ruin them.

Michigan and Virginia lawyer here.

I could not see this happening. It would probably require legislative intervention. The definition of consent is generally considered universal and has implications in tort law, contract law, and with other crimes. And changing the definition to a subjective standard for rape and/or sexual assault would have a shocking ripple effect over everything.

I did consider this argument longer. I do think that there is a line however. But that line has to do with that objective standard. If, for example, a sex trafficked woman is out of it because she is drugged up and her "pimp" gives consent on her behalf, this is a very different situation than an escort that hates her job. Where that line is may be blurry, but the crux is what a reasonable person would objectively believe about consent from the outside looking in. What's going through the woman's head is irrelevant.

I remember years ago a girl in Austin claimed she was forcefully raped by a client & providers were freaking out. Come to find out, it was actually a cash & dash.

He ran out of her place & she chased him down, but he got away.

Needless to say, when the truth came out everyone was pissed at her because there was not a crazy rapist running around Austin, just some asshole cash & dasher.

So, to answer your question, I'd say no. Most women do not view this as rape.
