check the details.. the Teens were making a video BEFORE the Dude snatches the hat and hurls the beverage.. at 2:00 a.m.


who films a video of making America great in a Whataburger? then some random Dude snatches the hat? and after he walks off, one Teen says "have fun with that!"


that reaction doesn't ring true from a kid who was just assaulted. I think the Black Guy was in on the skit. the Cops are said to be "preparing an arrest", according to the article.. are they being duped?

there was a similar incident at Vancouver. a guy wearing the maga cap was asked by the restaurant manager to take the cap off or leave. the man left, but not before telling the manager that he had a right to wear his cap.

the manager was fired, btw. he was unrepentant about what he did.

My grandfather fled Hungary in the 30s to get away from the brown shirts ( hilters socialist party) , this and the peaceful protest in Dallas 2 years ago ( no shit the media is still calling it that don't look at the cops shot dead) remind me of the same leftist/ liberal ideas.

I'm still perplexed at the idea that the Teen was filming, and his statement about having fun with it (the cap).. when Jimenez walked off, the other Teen almost smiles.. he doesn't look afraid, and doesn't look back toward Jimenez.. if that was me, I would look back wondering if he would go off on me. also, we don't see where the hurled drink went.. it may have been thrown to the side of the Teen filming.. we are supposed to assume it was thrown in his face.


but all indication shows the incident is real, despite my questions.. that Jimenez Jackass better watch his back.

in my discussion with others, they say the Teen probably started filming AFTER words were exchanged, and said "have fun with it" because at that point the Teen knew he had video evidence for the police, and was thus emboldened. great point, but the news story needs to explain that, if that is what went down.. in this climate of "gotcha" and political discord, that is important information.

Was Jimenez drunk in the video? It's 2 am. He has several alcohol related arrests. Multiple drunk driving arrests, and one "burglary of a vehicle" in which court documents suggests he wasn't trying to steal anything....he was just so drunk he tried to get into a car that looked like his and got mad when his keys couldn't work.
