I’ve been hearing from a lot of providers and guys that PMs are being delivered and are being deleted before being read . Gee wonder who that could be over on TOS? Has anyone else noticed this or had this issue?

That and one gentleman telling me about someone else knowing what was in a PM.

Some crazy shit going on over there.

Hell one provider has even said in her ad to use email as her PMs are being read and deleted before she can get to them

Then another provider started a thread so providers could share contact info in case the site went down again - several did but now that thread has been deleted

And it went down only 3 months before Easter. Are providers going to have to return their Easter baskets?

unfortunately it is a strange dynamic over there. Most of the women seem to think that site keeps them safe and are afraid to leave their comfort zone

They have had the ability to look at everything on that site since the beginning of time.

What I don't understand is the one Every one thinks is in control of the site claims to be booked solid threw Jan. If that's the case when does that person make the time to read all the PMs?

We are talking about several cities and thousands of members and PMs. The time it would take to do this is extensive. I understand the focus may be strictly on Pittsburgh but it would still take more time then anyone one person has. It would also place that individual at risk should they knowingly allow illegal activity to take place on the site they run and own. Knowingly allowing ilegal activity is the same as the illegal avtvity it's self.

I personally feel something isn't right with the site and I'm curious what others think.

I've told the ladies I know not to disclose any personal intonation threw the site. Not in PM, Not threw emails and not on the boards them selves.

I would like other people's input on this.

I do not recall a user agreement or legal disclaimer saying your information and Site activity can't be shared with other parties?

If there isn't one.

This means any post, PM, Email can legally be disclosed to anyone the site owner feels like telling. You as the USER of the site have no rights. Your privacy and site activity is at the full discretion of the site owners and host server user agreement.

Do any of you recall a user agreement or legal disclaimer when you signed up?? I don't recall one. It's been a while since I joined the site

If there is a user agreement or legal disclaimer the users of the site need to read it fully and save it.
