I recall once a long time ago one of the former moderators came into the chatroom, she was mad about a NCNS.
She's chatting and going through his PM box, activity log, vouch panel and monitoring his activity since he stood her up. She's telling us about it as she's doing it.
Told us what ads he'd looked at
Messages he'd sent and received
Everything he'd done on the site.

I'd only been on the site for a few months then and have watched what I wrote ever since.

And that moderator left some time ago...so...

Knowing that I’m dealing with an escort site and maybe pimps and it maybe considered an illegal activity by the police. Knowing the persons running the site are not law abiding citizens. I could figure they would be sleazy enough to read all info available to them including PM’s and any communications between both escorts and clients.

I either don't get notifications so I miss some or there's a big time lag between send and receive. I see them and when I click to read however many new ones I got sometimes it doesn't equal the number it said I had or there isn't anything after clicking?

I think that anyone using the internet for anything should assume that unless you both physically and logically control a server/service that someone else has your information/data and can use it as they want. You should assume the same thing about ECCIE, too. It isn't personal. It's simply prudent. Also: let's assume they had a click-thru terms-of-service. Are you really willing to engage in litigation with a hooker board to achieve a legal remedy? Hypothetically, of course.
