I am not sure what specific forum you were searching info for, but all you have to do is type in the specific city that you want to search for. The results obviously will only be as good as the quality of the info that was first put in to begin with.
For instance, I searched for Arlington in the Independent reviews forum and I got these results:

If you were wondering how to narrow that down to a more specific corner of Arlington, then I have no answer for you. The search engine can't give more specific locations if they were never put in the database to begin with.
