It appears as though you're a half empty kind of guy.
Which is better, to have loved and lost or to never have had loved?
I can say for myself that I had everything. EVERY f'ng thing. And now I don't.
Daily it scorches my scars deep inside. Constantly I endure the pain. And yet I'm able to feel the tenderness that once was. My dearest orchid still lives in my mind, in my heart. So.
Perhaps it is better that you remain ignorant. As for myself I cling to the constant fires as a reminder. Every time I hurt I give thanks. Every time I want to throw something I remain grateful. Is there a God? There had better be. There had god damned better be! The pain reminds me how lucky I was. How blessed I have been. And how utterly intense my resolve is. I welcome hell before I welcome nothing.

Bloody hell this sounds like my blog entries this week! ( well apart from the God bit)...I don't think it's better to remain ignorant though, too many people do that for the simple fact that they are too afraid to except their own realities. We all have pain in some way, find a way to deal with it which works best for YOU....
