I had a fun time flying into Springfield for the weekend.
Flew from Orlando/Sanford Florida to Springfield Mo for a little more than $160.00 round trip on Allegiant. So for those who want to hobby in Florida it's really cheap.
You can fly Friday and Monday or Monday and Friday.

Allegiant is a great option on the cheap. I don’t think I ever used them to go to Florida but a decade ago I used them frequently for Vegas out of Springfield seemed like it was sub $100 at the time. Thanks for the heads up!

Wouldn't forget that places like LA are often $100, as are other places. Don't forget that driving a couple hours to Fayetteville (XNA) often has different and sometimes cheaper allegiant flights too.
