East Exit Motel on rt 22 before turnpike exit. Been there several times not the greatest but it worked.

Not sure if it's considered East, North east or what, but apparently the Valley Motel in Harmar is relatively cheap and accepts cash.

Penn Irwin motel on RT. 30 Irwin has a short stay rate. Don't recall how much but it's fairly cheap.
