Leo is too smart to low-ball an undercover girl. I would stay clear of phrases such as: "anything goes", "no limits", "everything you want"....

I wouldn't go for less than 100 out of fear the place might be unsafe, she might have management that is pushing her to settle for less than desirable clients with high volume.
But, you have a right to be concerned about the low prices & I would run in the opposite direction.
