Dapoxetine is a short acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used specifically for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged between 18 and 64 years. This medicine should not be taken by men who are not diagnosed with premature ejaculation (PE).

I have taken Viagra but have terrible headaches from it. Hopefully this doesn't do the same thing.

I usually get heartburn from all those medications and a bit of a stuffy nose. This one doesn’t seem to cause all the problems. I’d just make sure you take a full glass of water when you take it.
