Default error 633 anyone know how to fix it ? ?

Can't connect my bb modem this keeps coming up , Phone company said it's a micro soft issue .Please let me know !!!!!

Could be a couple different reasons. One is a Broadband connection is already running. MS limits you to one. Or it can be a configuration issue. You may need to edit the registry which you should only do if you know what you are doing. Here are a couple references from Microsoft:

If this is a new connection and you had one before you may only need to disable the old first. Since there are a few causes for this it's tough to nail down.

Also check and see if you have a router between the modem and your computer. If that is the case, make sure that you set up the BB connection in the router and remove the one on your PC. If your computer is connected directly to the modem, then it may be a bit trickier. What ISP and what brand/model modem do you have?
