Found it and yup that's her in the video.. Just a note she isn't the only one doing this .. there is a certain lady who advertises on here from time to time who also offers this service so every one needs to becareful and aware of the person u are seeing

I have spoken with her the video was posted without her consent, it is an ex-boyfriend of hers who wants to get back with her and posted the video just to hurt her, she does not offer BBFS, I have seen her quite a few times

She could issue a DCMA notice to that website claiming whatever and website might remove that.

That's not true. A well crafted letter from an attorney that discusses "revenge porn" laws would probably work. Could also ask for proof of age, and of consent (aka release form), of everybody in the video.

Rocket Doc has a point on revenge law, in addition to DCMA.

In either case web sites frequently pull stuff instead of paying attorneys.

Kansas enacted a revenge porn law in May 2016. Missouri's law became effective June 2018. Both states have this as a felony.

Back to DCMA, a couple attorneys I work with specialize in copyright law. A basic fill in the blanks form works well for them frequently. Granted it's for stuff other than porn.
