That the Russians had hacked the DNC was front page news in June 2016, and there's every reason to believe Odumbo should have known earlier considering Clapper publicly hinted as much in May 2016. And Odumbo was told explicitly in early August 2016 that Putin was behind the effort -- months before the election.
