Default ccBill Subscriptions update immediately. What to do if they don't.

When you purchase a subscription through ccBill, for example paid Premium Access, your access is granted immediately once your card is charged.

If you purchase a subscription for Premium Access and your account is not upgraded immediately, simply click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and send us a note at Web Support. You will need to include the ccBill confirmation number which comes to you in an email when you make the purchase and also tell us how long the subscription was for. We will be able to verify the information you give us, but this will make it very quick and simple for us to upgrade your account properly in short order.

And, as always, please remember that you can earn Premium Access for free by contributing reviews to the site. Each approved review is worth 6 weeks of Premium Access.

I guess we have different definitions of "in short order". It's coming up on a full day since I followed these directions and there's been no acknowledgment whatsoever, let alone delivery of paid access.

Default Just over a week and counting

... since ECCIE got my money via ccbill and still no PA. That includes having a PM exchange with St. C five days ago, wherein he said he hadn't had a communication from me - well no, I used the "contact us" process as instructed. So I gave St. C the ccbill info directly. Crickets since then.

So, I've contacted ccbill to see if I could get some help from them with the matter. They advise that they will be working with the site (ECCIE) to try to sort things out.

Eight days of "in short order"...

Instead of the $20 worth of PA you bought (2 weeks) I gave you 2 months.

Wish you hadn’t been a jackass about it, but oh well. You don’t see the volume of inquiries and requests the staff gets on a daily basis to sort through in their spare time.

But whatever. Not making excuses. You should have gotten PA instantly and you didn’t so it’s on us. Hope a month and a half of free PA makes up for the 8 days inconvenience.

Yeah, after ignoring me for a week, forcing me to get the CCBill folks involved before anything happened, and then insulting the customer for complaining about poor service. All I asked was to get what I paid for when it was promised. Pardon me for not singing hosanna.

Actually, I won't - I paid for PA "in short order"... it's impossible to make that right at this point. Petulance is not a good look for you. Apparently you're telling me that you are withdrawing your offer of a consideration to offset the inconvenience... but I'm okay with that. I never asked for more than was originally agreed. I'd have been a happy camper if you hadn't decided a personal insult should be part of your response to the problem.
