Is there a way to view who rated a thread?

I did a google search the other day to see if this could be done since it appears we are running on VBulletin. Some forums had suggestions that it could be done, but I couldn't follow what they were talking about. Does anyone know if this can be done on this site?

Sidenote, it also mentions of the feature being removed on other vbulletin sites. If it is possible, I'd recommend removing it as we have more trolls than honest raters here.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

As far as I know there is no way to do what you are asking with the vBulletin that is used here.

vBulletin is provided with source code since it is written in PHP, so it is possible to tailor it to your needs. So some sites may have the ability you are seeking while others do not.
