That's very odd. Can you see this? (low res version of the last video I posted):
Maybe for some reason whatever device you're using can't resolve the high res versions I've been posting? Only other thing I can think of is YouTube being blocked or throttled somehow. The videos all work fine currently, but when I open the page it does take a while for them to display the previews. But that sounds like something different than you're talking about. I dunno man, I'm kind of perplexed too.
