I agree Luck..there has to be a "familiarity" or "a comfort level' among all parties involved

when i had mine in Dallas..I knew all but one guy..and that guy did know one of the other guys...so it was all comfy & secure!

Yes familiarity would help. Mostly I lurk but have to as I am a relative newbie to this community but this topic is hot; I have done the MFM and truth be told other than the novelty factor and how much my girl was enjoying it I really couldn't get into it dp for the girl and crossing swords was just an occupational hazard nothing out of sorts just nothing exciting for myself.
