Default Question about “solicitation”

Hypothetically, if when reaching out to a fine lady and she mentions prices but not activities, is this still solicitation? You would think if she has many good reviews, she would avoid mentioning either. This is why I always say something like “I never discuss money or activities, I just want to hang out.” I have no idea if that covers my ass legally though.

in your description, no, it would not be soliciting IF only money/price was mentioned. but that would be through the entire chain. you can't say I'll pay you $180, get to her incall, and talk about how you expect a BBBJ, not a CBJ. IMO, if you lay down the cash, and "naturally" go into "activities" without speaking them out loud, you are legally on good footing.

and activities would not happen "naturally", if it was a LE setup.

Varries dlfrom State to state...here is Califorian law which the majority of states follow:

California's law onprostitutionandsolicitation. This section makes it amisdemeanorfor anyone 18 or older to:

Pay or accept money or other consideration in exchange for a sexual act (“prostitution”),offer to engage in an act of prostitution ("solicitation"),2orAgree to engage in an act of prostitution.

The key in point; is the offer to engage. That is enough for a conviction.

Fizley sounds more rational. LE will pin on little things including intention of solicitation too.

Under the former Texas Penal Code, "solicitation" was one of four types of prostitution. "Solicitation" was an offer or the acceptance of an offer of sexual services for a fee, PLUS the offer or acceptance occurred in a public place. The target was obviously street prostitution. The amended prostitution statute no longer makes this distinction.

btw, from reading answers in this thread, it appears some members drink turpentine before posting. I'd advise against that. Hold on -- drinking turpentine can be lethal. Turpentine-drinking posters, carry on.

I'm not sure what would be loophole for an attorney to get out of I don't like talking services with donations either just in case they can't find one in that route

In my states (TN and MS) it is perfectly legal to compensate someone for their time. The line is crossed when you discuss activities. Not to say the LEOs wont pop you regardless on giving the donation, but if you haven't discussed activities the DA won't have a case. One thing that puts me at ease on an incall is a girl who uses the secondary lock on the door on entering her room.

in NY, if there are services mentioned and money, you are guilty, even if you don't show up to the meeting, they literally can come to your computer and give you a ticket.

As for driving to an incall and deciding to leave, if they have enough information they can stop you and charge you.

these are unlikely to happen, most LEO are too busy for misdemeanor tickets and only set up high volume stings to make it worthwhile.

Two consenting adults in their right minds under almost any circumstances are legally allowed to have sex as long as its not in public. if you met a stranger at a bar, bought them drinks, and the evening ended up at your place or theirs, that's legal. Hiring an escort, having a wonderful time, and then sleeping together consensually after the date is also legal. in fact, its even legal if you pay someone for their time after they've told you they often have sex on the first date. Even fetish stuff is legal. as long as no ones private parts are exposed or touched, you can legally pay a escort to satisfy fetish desire. so you can pay an escort for their time, yo can spend the evening with them any way you like, and they are allowed to consensually sleep with you if they feel like it during your time together. what is not legal is agreeing to pay a certain amount of money specifically for sexual acts and favors. an offer and acceptance of sex for money is illegal. (obviously)!!! my best advice from a call girl (me) of 11 years doing this is try to avoid hotels if you cant avoid hotels ask to take her out on a date, agree that your paying for her time not sex and whatever happens happens. start off with back massage etc. take your time don't rush. try to avoid cash and use cash app. if you pay with cash making it clear that your paying to hang out with them, nothing more and set it on the table... good luck to all the gents and ladies

Wow! they simply issue citations in NY??! In the Good Life state I frequent they haul your ass directly to jail and post your mug on the nightly news. Money for time is fine...but they also get a majority of Johns on another charge known as Pandering-When they come from across the state line you are guilty of a Class 2 Felony there!

Do not engage, do not ask, do not knock, and know what you are doing. LE prevention must come from you and the lady for each encounter to be anxiety free.
