Default LE Stings in Austin
Just saw a post on Twitter about state troopers in cooperation with the State Attorney General are running a sting operation in Austin, out of the Crowne Plaza. Be safe, ladies.

Common misconception resulting from the number of highway patrol cars typically in the parking lot at times. This comes up pretty regularly over the years.

DPS has offices nearby and brings troopers in from around the state pretty regularly for training and puts them up at that hotel.

Vice crimes are a city issue and no other agencies are going to run operations in the city without APD involvement.
