Its one thing to lie online but if you have a fake ID etc... from what looks like the state..... does that at least get her in trouble and jail time too?
I can't believe you'd ask that after my post (no. 7), above. Maybe I should work on my communication skills. Or write in 50-point, red, boldface type. Haha.

I think if the cops were investigating prostitution activity involving an underage provider, they might threaten to charge the provider with having a fake ID to put pressure on her to give evidence, but I think it's highly unlikely they'd actually charge her -- after all, a happy witness is a cooperative witness, and the goal in such a case would be to prosecute those who sponsored or traded with her, not the girl.

A guy from Texas met a girl on Facebook. She lived in Florida, he in Texas. They talked about getting it on and she said that she couldn't wait to see him. She asked if her 14 year old daughter could join in. The guy said "the more, the merrier". He flew to Florida. The operation was a sting. As soon as he got off the plane, the police arrested him, and he is now serving three years in jail.

What kills me is that he didn't even have sex with a minor. He just suggested that he would be willing to and that was enough for the police to arrest him and for him to get jail time.

Make sure you ask their age, guys. I don't know why the fuck someone in Florida would bother arresting someone living in Texas, but there is some weird shit going on in the world. Judges being paid off by prison companies to put people in jail, DAs being hard asses (like with Duke) on rape and/or sex with minors so they can appeal to female voters ETC.

The government is using the "save the children" line to take away our freedoms, and it bugs me. Every time the government wants to regulate the internet, you can be sure that they will throw out child pornography as a means to do so. Be careful out there.

I think you are missing the point our attorneys here are trying to tell us.

It doesn't matter what they tell you their age is. It doesn't matter if they have an ID that would pass Homeland Security inspection saying they are of age.

If they are under 18, you are going to get arrested.

Sure, someone mentioned a jury nullification argument. If you can convince the jurors that she looked older, had a valid ID showing she was older, she said she was older, and you had no reason to suspect she was under age, you might concinve a juror that you shouldn't be forever branded as a child molester just cuz you were paying to get laid. The fact that you were willing to break the law 'a little bit' with prostitution ain't going to help your case with the jurors.

I imagine the prosecution, if they allow this poor underage child to be put on the witness stand, they are going to have her up there in pigtails and her Justin Bieber schoolbook backpack.

In any event, your face has already been plastered on the newspaper and the 10 PM News as a scumbag. Where will your career, personal life, etc. go from there? Did I just here a toilet flush?

My MILFs look better everytime I visit them.

nah... my eyes are not that bad yet... and I do see your point.. in the case of Traci Lords she had papers that showed she was over 18... so all the video companies took it at face value, she made around 200 movies.. then when she applied for a passport to go to France to make a movie, she used the same paperwork to get the passport. Remember anyone under 18 cannot get a passport with out parental consent.... well she celebrated her 18th birthday over in France, then made a porn movie. It is the ONLY porn movie of hers you can legally possess because she was legal when she made it.

then she told the world about her deal and all heck broke loose... think about it.. she admitted to be under aged.. there is video of her having sex with adults (all the porn stars she performed with) yet none of them went to jail.

what I am getting at is if an under aged girl presents forms of ID that shows she is old enough and it is real looking... and it turns out she is not old enough.. should she go to jail for the fake ID? I am sure the guy will get jail time for the under age deal but they should at least be easy on him since she gave convincing evidence showing she WAS old enough.

I have seen some ladies profiles on here and other sites (not to mention in real life and at job) that look like they are barely 16 in age size wise but they are in their mid 20's and have proof.

If looking too young was a reason to say NO, quite a few spinners would be hurting for business.

I cannot believe with your background and experience that you're referring to your genitals in third person. I never understand it in others but it's almost shocking to read you writing about it.

Interesting question, though. Even with your proclivity towards dangerousness (is that even a word?), it would seem that you would try your best to stay clear of this sort of situation. You can only push the fates so far, Logan.

Good luck with it all.

Oh Elisabeth, sometimes danger finds me. Like the time I was at this shady apartment complex visiting with a twenty dollar lady of the night….and she introduces me these two teenage looking sisters wearing SpongeBob square pants pajamas and whose dad was “managing” them. Of course, they told me that they were 20 and 22 yo or something like that….so… of course…

…..being a law abiding citizen and one to avoid dangerous situations (at least for that day!)…I told them “No thanks” and walked away…so even I will walk away from certain situationz….

…as it turned out…the two girls started venturing out the streetz and LE would pick them up and take them back home. Eventually they tore down their apt complex and I assume their manager was put behind bars where he belonged.
