Thanks for the reply. My issue is simple. I have tried to reset my password multiple times and receive the following message: "The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new password be sent to you by using this form."

This is an endless loop that I am stuck in.

I simply want to log into my actual handle...unlurker. I have 3 reviews to post!

I sent email to websupport@eccie.net on: 6/13, 7/20, 7/22, 7/22 again, 8/10.

On 8/7 I sent an email to mojo******@gmail.com.

All of the above are from my real handle unlurker

On 8/11 I sent a response to the account validation email I recd. websupport@eccie.net.

I have had no responses.

Ok, now we are getting somewhere.
Without putting your email address in the post, tell me what service yo are using such as hotmail, google or whatever. Some email services are not eccie friendly.
You can also send me a PM.
