most likely so. and why not? he would not be doing anything others have not already done. you could argue Truman simply missed the window of this era where these large book deals and speaking fees are the norm. most reports indicate Trump's businesses are up and down during his term. probably overall down a bit but certainly not tanking across the board as many hoped. nor is he suddenly making records profits either.
Trump Tower is down mainly because it's his primary residence and the added security is a turnoff for both commercial rentals and condo sales. Mar-A-Lago by contrast seems to be doing very well. as are some some of his overseas properties. his new Hotel in Washington appears to be raking it in. Trump did not run for president simply to line his pockets as many claim. he ran because he wanted to be president.
Trump will not leave office involuntarily. don't know your opinion of Trump as president but he's not going to resign and he won't be impeached successfully if there even is impeachment proceedings. a recent poll found the majority of polled people did not want Trump impeached.
here it is ..
Poll: Majority of Americans don't want Trump to be impeached and removed from office

as expected the party affiliation matters greatly but only 39% of independents and of course only 8% of Republicans favor proceedings. mostly it is democratic voters. that's not enough for a majority in this poll. in fact of all who responded across party lines 59% do not favor impeachment. hardly the huge ground swell to impeach the media would like to portray.
the real reason he won't be impeached, despite the opinions of a few in this forum, is that Mueller found nothing impeachable. if he had, he would have said so and the so-called DOJ opinion of not indicting a sitting president didn't factor. Mueller said so in his testimony. and to Barr and the DOJ. the letter Mueller wrote to Barr and in direct conversations had nothing to do with what Barr's summary said, unlike what the media wants to claim, it was about the way the press itself tried to infer was in the report before it was even released. Mueller even in his testimony said nothing about Barr's summary being inaccurate. so the media's initial claims Barr whitewashed Mueller's report were false.
