I actually read somewhere, long ago, that having a sneezing fit while thinking about or engaging in a sex act is a left over reaction from long ago times when smells played a more active roll in mating.
Apparently the nose dilates to allow freer breathing and improve the ability to detect pheromones, hormones, etc, which can cause you to sneeze.
