25% of Alabama voters are Black.

That is a higher percentage than the Nation as a whole.

They should get proper representation.

Louisiana and Georgia are 1/3. Mississippi is nearly 40%. I presume you agree there should be more representative districts in those states as well.

that is wholly dependent on a black district that is viable to meet that percentage threshold. care have to be taken not to have strange looking districts.

I am all for it. Let Chicago be the only minority District. Great landscape plenty of fine dining and Illinois eliminated Cash Bail can't beat it.
