I am really not sure what you mean by 'An issue of safety?'Are you referring to asphyxiation? I do know that for me, it is my favorite way of doing both DATY and DATO on my lover, from this position. I also enjoy 'Sensual' Smothering but I never come close to being totally deprived of oxygen, nor do I wish to be!
