Lake Charles has Casino's, and plenty of plant industry workers looking for fun.

Lafayette has great food, great down town area for night clubbing and bar hopping. Also, plenty of Oil and Natural Gas Industry workers looking for fun.

Baton Rouge, I really don't know enough about that area to give an accurate description.

New Orleans is New Orleans, for good and bad one of the most famous cities in the world.

The advice you give is smart, she won't be losing money by sitting in an expensive Inn and only getting one appointment because everyone didn't get prepared ahead of time because the timing was bad.
Abundant threads have expressed the disappointment of providers randomly visiting cities and barely breaking even or losing money for all the traveling expenses.
