How do I search a phone number?

So, I have tried looking up quite a few numbers, even numbers of ladies that claim to be ECCIE verified. I have looked up at least 5 numbers all coming back with no results. What am I doing wrong? How do I find a review based on a phone number?

456+7890 or 123+456+7890

well it's one or two things 1. The number they had reviews have had changed yes provider tend to change the numbers often at times. 2. they really don't have any reviews i think alot of BP girls if that where your going to say that cause they see it in other ad's to gain more business.
