Yes ....I don't consider myself a health nut ...but I like to eat naked ......

what I mean is.... I am shifting to foods that are "naked" of preservatives, chemicals and those ugly extras that do not contribute to my health....

It is best to eat:

♥• Foods that are whole, unrefined and often unpacked..like an apple

♥• Foods grown naturally ....like organic and local

♥• Food that's fresh, in season and not preserved

♥• Food that is prepared minimally ...naked is prepared simply

How is eating NAKED better for your penis?

well all the fats, chemicals, additives and preservatives LOWeR your TESTOSTERONE levels....

if you have difficulty loosing the belly fat
experiencing softening of the chest - man boobs (gynecomastia)
Prostate enlargement
fatigue and weakness
LOW virility - yes problems with you know what .....

best to eat NAKED... that will be anti-estrogenic, hormone balancing and will help with the LOW "T" (plus
a little exercise will also increase the testosterone level)

I just saw a great slogan today - "If it came from a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don't eat it".

Wheat Belly is full of great info - the site 30bananas a day is great for those wanting to embrace a fruitarian/vegan lifestyle.

I consciously choose to eat foods w/o the 'chemical shit storm' that comes w/ additives and preservatives.
