Default IRS corruption - more details

https://100percentfedup.com/report-m...conservatives/

Mueller was actively working with Lois Lerner’s corrupt IRS to target conservatives….Dirty cops everywhere!

We now know that the IRS was guilty of targeting Tea Party and conservative groups. It’s a fact. The corruption within the Obama administration reached every corner of government…IRS, EPA, FBI, DOJ, State Department…

And to make matters worse, 1000s of IRS WORKERS who CHEETED ON THEIR TAXES, rather than go to jail for it, like you or i would, Not only were allowed to keep their jobs, BUT GOT A BLOODY PAY BONUS on top of it??
Talk about rewarding incompetence and corruption.

speaking of bonuses to cheating IRS workers.....

most, if not all, individual taxpayers are "cash basis" taxpayers, at least as employees

meaning you report income in the year you receive it, as opposed to reporting income when you earned it even if not received, which is called the "accrual basis"

however receiving income includes having the right to receive it even if you didn't receive it in a certain year due to you wishing on your own to postpone receiving it

so its illegal to postpone receiving income in one year, delaying it to the next, on your own volition thus not reporting it in the proper year

I remember one email that was revealed from the keeper of tax law, lois lerner

this email went from her to another irs keeper of the law

lerner asked that her bonus not be paid her in the current year, her request was to have it postponed to the next year because she was in a higher tax bracket and expected to be in a lower tax bracket in the next year

so those two keepers of the law, high officials at the irs, conspired to and did lower lerner's tax

On the honor system, or maybe a flat tax.

There is 'The Flat Tax' that was worked out with the 'Tea Party' I think it was 21% no filing taxes and no returns for 'unearned' income or nothin!
It would help those that are 'unable' to care for themselves. Not those that 'won't' take care of themselves. Guess they would be on their own Sorry about that it is 'tough love'

How do we then collect money to pay for the national defense?

Exactly how does a flat tax take care of those unable to care for themselves?

It would cause consumer spending to nose dive bring the rest of the economy with it.

A flat tax is a horrible idea.

I'm trying to find the book that explains it.
Might need awhile. I know I should have had it at hand sorry.

Basically it's a high universal sales tax and double taxation on retirement income and really for those of us working now or close to retirement.

It fucking hammers low income people, including the one who do get by on there own, but just barely.

I read the book. It's called "The fair tax".

Complete horseshit written by an ass hat.

Thnx for the correction!
But the low income workers don't even have to file if I recall?
And I don't recall there being double tax on retirement age folks.

Low income workers still get taxed. If they wish to get a return on however much they were over taxed then they do.

The double taxation is inherent. You've worked for your money and already paid taxes on it as you earned it. So when you have to begin paying a higher sales tax in lieu of an income tax, your money is getting hit twice.
