Default GFE in the corporate world
Imagine my surprise to see a flyer offering GFE at a company I work with. Unfortunately it stands for Good Faith Effort and is part of a diversity initiative. It would be quite the employee benefit if the other kind of GFE. Probably way too much paperwork involved though.

I am self employed and make a good living. However, if a company truly offered TRUE GFE at work on a daily basis as we Hobbiest know it, I would gladly go to work for someone else for less $. What a Benefits Package!!!

Think I've seen that flyer, myself. There's also one for CIM, but I forget exactly what it was. Good chance those are given names by fellow hobbyists as injokes- I know I would try to subtly work jokes into any abbreviations of things I was in charge of naming.
