I'm talking about boobs here (although I have learned that men get things "alternated" as well).

What do you prefer? Natural over all else even if they sag? Alternated as long as you can't tell? Giant porn star tits that can knock a grown man unconscious?

I prefer natural, myself (even if they sag; that's just life). Man-mades just don't look right to me.

Though I've been told that apparently the state of the art in bolt-ons is supposedly indistinguishable from natural. I've never had a chance to verify that. (At least I was told that by a sadly now-deceased provider on another board, when I voiced my preference for naturals--she PMed me an invitation to come see her and check her "indistinguishable from natural" installation out some time. Sadly, she passed on before I could make that happen. One of the bigger regrets of my hobby career.)

As for size, I really don't care. I'm more of a nipple fetishist myself.

I watched about 50 breast surgery videos for my own sick pleasure lol. The right doctor can hide scars and make man-makes look like she was born with it

I would tell guys mine were fake and they thought they were real. I was blessed with a very good surgeon who knew exactly what she was doing. It's all about who does them and where you go. There is a surgeon in Hot Springs who does boobs and his all look the same and they look like shit, I can always point out the girls who have a Hot Springs boob job! Lol it's that bad :/

True dat, but I'm referring less to scars, and more to the look and feel. In the "look" department, man-mades have a tendency to be much more perky, and often are more spherically shaped than naturals... see, e.g.:

In the "feel" department... there was once a time (oh, 30+ years ago when I first started out in the hobby) when fake boobs not only looked unnatural (as in the quote above), but felt totally unnatural--they were much harder and unyielding to the touch than naturals. I'm pretty sure this has much improved over the years; it's been decades since I've experienced the "rock-hard" bolt-ons which were common in my youth. I can't remember the last time I played with a lady who had implants (I can barely remember the last time I played at all, damn my incipient Alzheimer's!) but I remember they felt much more natural to the touch than they looked to the eye.

High preference for natural, though I don't have a lot of experience with manmades, but from the one data point I do have, they were very nice but I could still tell they weren't real.

Prefer natural...but I have only had one experience with MMs and it was still tons of fun. I had made a snap judgment to move one lady up my TDL so I guess I just didn't remember she had MMs until everything was out in the open.

Now I have several more enhanced ladies on my list. Big naturals will still get me every time but if you buy em, I won't judge.

I like nice, healthy, firm, nicely shaped naturals... A few woman are blessed in a natural way, even with age. Many more are not!

I like well installed , nicely shaped , firm-but-soft enhancements too. Either way, I am not a fan of huge tits! A nice full B or medium C cup is perfection on the petite sized women I prefer.

There are also, a handful of totally flat chested females in my own personal Hall of Fame!!

I got the gummy bear implants (research those) best I have seen or felt!! when you squeeze mine you can't feel anything but boob! Lol plus, these are shaped like a tear drop versus the plain round implant. That is what gives them the more natural look and feel. I say if any girls wants any implants, gummies is the only way to go. They do cost more, but you get what you pay for

implants Have came along way!! && what are you supposed to do with a flat chested woman? Buy her a training bra or play a board game on her chest?? Lol gross I love a women with a women's body, not a little girl shape who has the same chest size of my ten year old cousin! Give me the boobs!!!

Danielle. I'm a professional in the breast world. Never met one I was mad at. Some better than others though for sure. Having purchased a couple sets I agree with BD. You get what you pay for Danielle. Having had the pleasure of playing with your fun bags at most lift your natural ones! If you were smaller then I would say go with lift and light implants but you don't need it. Yours are great! Whatever you do don't do the high CC tight over the muscle that poke your eye that are cheap!

But I do need to check out BD for good measure!

IMO, they are not tootsie pops. No matter how long you lick them you will never get to the middle. You are the one you have to satisfy. I love them all, natural bolt on it makes no difference to me as long as her nappies get hard.

Not planning to get implants, at least not until after I get the lift and decide if I want them a little bigger or not. Need to save for the lift though since I refuse to pay for a cheap botched job...We shall see

And yes, you gave me a very thorough breast exam
