Not a staff member, but years of experience show they can/might do two things for you

They can "Disable" an account. All content is still there but no one can log into that account.

Or if a good reason is given, they can "Guest" an account. Y0ur user name is changed to Guest-xxxxxx. All posts by you will now have that user name. But any posts by others that included your user name remain unchanged.

They are volinteers and have other things to do in life so typically it takes time for things to happen. Especialy when the poster is rude.
