Las Vegas has a Nevada gaming commission to control issues like that - and the mafia is gone.

gambling in an Indian casino is a losing game.
Check with the rules on gambling - they have to agree to state laws in the state they have their casinos.

I know everyone enforces the English language rule at the table but I maintain the Indians, claiming a special aggrieved status since we stole their land, should demonstrate tolerance for diversity and not discriminate against anyone anytime for any reason.

They are American citizens subject and subject to Federal Law even on the reservation.

THE LAW

There is no legal recognition of English as a national language in the U.S., and the issue of whether privately imposed English-only rules, particularly in the workplace, are discriminatory (and hence violative of civil rights laws) is a source of much contention.

Plus, Indians are American citizens and even on the reservation are subject to Federal law.

They are only allowed to do the gambling if it is allowed in their state.

Plus, they cannot scalp you even if you call them names, though I would recommend you do not try it.
