Default Posting ex girl friends pictures

OK, legal eagles,
In the state of Texas, is it illegal to post on-line nude or semi-nude photos of an ex? The photos were all provided by the ex or taken with her permission. At no time was there a request by her to keep said photos private. Nor was such a promised ever made to her. She had knowledge that some or all the photos were shown to other people in small groups or one on one but never requested such sharing be stopped. The pictures range from topless to full nude but do not include any pictures of sexual activity. Even with the face cropped out or blurred, it would be possible for someone knowing her to identify her due to several prominent tattoos that would be hard, but not impossible to hide.

Would it make any difference if the photos were posted where anyone could see them (EX: Public photos on social media) or where viewing was restricted in some way (EX: Private photos on social media with restricted access)?

Thanks

An anti-revenge porn law went into effect in Texas in 2015, so I'd be careful about any pics I posted.

That is indeed what I suspected. So, no pics.

That law is unconstitutional af. It is only a matter of time before it's struck down.

But as long as its the law, the project I had in mind will involve other ladies..which is too bad because my ex is so hot and perfect for what I had in mind.. But, it was not a friendly break up so getting her permission is not going to happen

Might not be that hard to remove the tattoos in PS - I do it for clients frequently.

Oh, I have Photoshop. But no desire to get into legal trouble if she found out. No, I have a project for a new website that needs very specific look that she was perfect for. Will have to keep looking for another gal to work with.

Perhaps, but who wants to be the test case? Even if you win, you lose.

Posting nude pics of an ex for any reason is a bitch move. Get over it and move on with your life.

LOL, yea, what ever.

If she was not mad at me, she would agree in a heart beat. Would be great exposure for her business as well. Not being hateful at all. But, as I said, I will find someone else to use.

A potential test case? Ironically, the dame is the defendant.

IAAL, but before I can render a legal opinion, I would need to review the pictures in question.
