I have a bachelor’s degree, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), certified TRX Suspension and Kettlebell Trainer with over 10 years of experience.

I do not see life and fitness through a narrow view. I take the time to get to know you inside and out. I understand that the victory to your journey is one in more ways than just the workout. Working together does not stop when we depart our training session; I am always available for meal plan questions, workouts when traveling, etc.

I make exercise fun because if you are not enjoying your training, you will quit. Which is why I believe outdoor training is the best- you probably spend all day indoors at your job, sitting under fluorescent lights; you do not need your training to be like that too.
