Oh. I think someone went to the buffet table a couple of times and handed the plates to Obama. I can't see how Trump was light in the food line.

You should help out your love and send a big check to cover some of that construction.

Update: I just read AE last reply on this thread and I see she is giving up ground on her previosly stated position about the Midterms.

It doesn't speak volumes. Victories by much less than 1% of the vote. Trump won Florida in 2016 by 1.2%. So Republican victories in the mid-terms were by less than Trump's victory in 2016. The elections back to 2000 in Florida have been so close it's impossible to predict what might happen there in 2 years.

I realize that you are looking for silver linings wherever you can find them in what most people think was a disastrous election for Republicans. Keep the faith.

[QUOTE=Champagne Brown;1061083203]Good morning, sugar..

vs<<-- on the worthless part. You're entitled to your opinion.

It's more than an opinion an opinion when it's true Darlin.
I'm go ahead and guess that you're answer is "no" as to whether or not you vote. And if you don't vote then why should anyone take your political views seriously?

I once saw a bumper sticker that read "Don't vote? Don't bitch".

Anyhoo, carry on Sweetie.

Ok, guess who made the top 20 list of Democratic candidates for President?
I'll provide a link for you - https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...=.fd2c5be5a9b2

Oh Hillary is on there too!

I don't see a star emerging that cam beat Trump - not now anyway. And you can forget Booker - he's a woman beater and still looks like an abusive ex husband to me.

Wait!! Oh a Booker/Avenatti ticket would be priceless!!!

Dude why don't you join us over in the national politics section? There needs to be another Democratic voice since some of our valued posters went on a little self imposed hiatus. Frankly, it's boring if everyone thinks the same.
So, just so we're clear. You're calling Cory Booker a woman beater even though there is zero claims of that. But you call Brett Kavanaugh a victim of false allegations??

In the recent elections Republicans were drubbed in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pa. And lost the Arizona senate seat. The Republican Senate victories were in states that were solid Trump in 2016 other than Florida, so the wins there were basically meaningless in the electoral vote.

Trump has to reverse the trend that is occurring.
As I have said many times, the Bernie Sanders supporters show up and Trump gets his ass dusted. At this point it doesn't matter who the Dems nominate they will have full support of the entire base and Indie voters. Right now I'm rooting for O'Rourke, Trump would not stand a chance, he would make a complete ass of himself in an election of that nature

Darlin, Cory wrote about his groping in his book. He admitted it.

Darling, Trump admitted to the same thing. So you can’t love one and try to use it against the other if you’re being genuine.

Hahaha I love when y’all try to wish something into happening for the other side. Sanders/Beto isn’t happening. Beto and others have made Sanders irrelevant. If you have Beto on the ticket in any fashion, that would be big. If you can’t recognize how big and energizing he has been, you’re in a bubble.

That is, sadly, exactly how politics works now. It is no longer about what is true, it is about how loud MY side can scream that YOUR side is wrong, with or without facts.

And if the facts get in the way of what I want, I just declare that they are Fake News.

On a philosophical level of Truth, there is little to no difference between the RWWs (not all the conservative folks), the LWWs (not all the liberal folks), Lenin, or Hitler. Truth facts, and proof are irrelevant to them.

Of course she can. Don't expect logic in these arguments.
