Default Is Eccie a publisher or a platform?

Is there another round of changes coming around here if your boy's executive order stands up?

What are the choices? They’re not showing up. I would say Eccie has an outdated website architecture and doesn’t know what it is.

Trump's Executive Order is that of a rabid dog who doesn't know when to stop barking.. pitiful, really. he has used Twitter for his own purposes for 4 years, gets mild pushback finally, and rants like a child.

President Trump thanks you for your support in 2016. Can we count on your vote in 2020?

I like their “fact-checked”

CNN.

That made the Presidents case right there.

Biden wanted that same law overturned before Trump did.

...unless the rest of the establishment GOP Senators act like the establishment GOP Senators and bow down to big tech once again with legislation they rubber stamp from the House, to stay in their good graces. President Trump is not King Trump, nor Dictator Trump. We could see an epic betrayal by his own party, the likes of which hasn't been seen since the Roman Senate turned on Caesar. I would not put it past those bastards.

that's ridiculous but ridiculous is in your bailiwick and you harbor it well

for once it would be nice to read something that has been thought through in one of your posts

everyone who is a user of twitter uses it for their own purposes so that much of your post has zero meaning

and many times a user's purpose is to voice their individual political stances that get zero "correction"

and if an individual gives the prez, to use your phrase. mild pushback, well and good

but when a platform becomes a political arbiter and itself takes a stance, and has a twerp of a kid who "fact checks" the president, and that fact checker's only facts are his feelings and those of like minded leftists, although the main issue is the fact the platform is doing it

then its time to grab twitter by the scruff of its neck and give it a good shaking

Default What would you call it

So what would you call it if you were banned for expressing your opinion which doesn't violate clearly published rules? At least ECCIE publishes what is "the naughty list" and gives warnings etc. Though the warning tend to be generic and non-specific IMHO.

publisher generally makes edits; deletions; additions.

eccie is prolly a publisher since they do the first two.

a platform may have rules that provide cause for removal of inappropriate comments.

Mate,

One wants to overturn it due to platforms not being held responsible for spreading misinformation posted by their third party users, and the other one wants to overturn it because his feelings got hurt.

Yep. ECCIE is ultimately a publisher due to how they manually edit a user’s post gets flagged. Once any ECCIE moderator touches another’s post to add a warning label along with the “Staff Edit” note or any other touch, ECCIE crosses into publisher territory.

Best to remove flagged comments to lessen ECCIE’s liability if hit with any legal troubles.

Cheers.
