I feel the same way about the upcoming gov. vote. Im planning on leaving it blank and moving on down ballot.

do you really think the last time we had a democrat governor was the 70's?

Ignorance... claim it. Because we can all see it.

Robert Francis graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in English literature. Former El Paso city councilman and former US congressman.

I’m in favor of his return to the El Paso city council.

Ready for what? For him to be a three-time loser, after having tons of out-of-state money pour in for all 3 of his campaigns?

I’m not a big Beto fan, but will do anything to get the current troika out of Texas government. The majority of Texans do not agree with the extreme policies of Abbott and Patrick, and the political grandstanding of the criminal Paxton. These assholes have backed decent people into a philosophical and moral corner.

Most are embarrassed by them. But proud people rarely admit they’re wrong.

We’ll see how many do in November.

My stance on Abbott and beto is clear. Will it be the 9-11 % point win Republicans have seen recently? Or will the abortion stance erode that cushion to around 5% win for Abbott? We'll see.

If you are a true Texan you know that there is no way in hell that Beto will win. He only parrots words that people want to hear and than back tracks. Also, any person who is running for office in Texas who says they are coming for your guns - is going to be a loser. That's just a fact but it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Vote red!

Get ready for un beto? To do what?

I seriously doubt un beto could even win in his district he came from today!

His political ads have been nothing but FRAUD!

Ellen,
Although I agree with you, don't lose sight of the fact that a huge percentage of voters are impulse shoppers and are clueless as to the underlying actual reality

Beto is only a tool.

Progressive billionaire George Soros contributed $1 million to Democrat Beto O’Rourke’s campaign for Texas governor, according to the candidate’s latest finance report.

Top Issues - Economy, Border Security, and Crime

Secondary Issues - Pro Choice and Gun Control

Beto is campaigning about secondary issues and sucks on the Top Issues.
