Which city is the best for first time intro to north or South Carolina? I kinda want a beach but could always get that somewhere else lol

Charleston is pretty bad ass, and there are beaches around plus awesome food.

Charleston is good, but don't forget about Myrtle Beach. With all the golf courses they have, many of us head there without our SO's. Can't play golf at night, so we need something to keep us busy.
