Independent vs Affiliated: A Newbies Inquiry

Hey all. I’ve noticed that New Orleans has a mixed bag of independent providers and those affiliated with businesses (read Christopher’s Cuties, et al). I’m just trying to get my bearings on the ups and downs of each. If responses are better provided via pm, that’s cool. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

It all depends on how you feel. Go with your instincts. There are some wonderful cool ladies that work with "businesses", and also very wonderful ladies that are Indy's.

If you are a newbie I suggest you talk to the gentleman since they will be giving you the most good advice. Good luck..

There's Pro's in both scenarios. All in all just make sure the independent girl or Agency is Legit. Do your research. Be cautious of shady practices.

It is supposed to be that the agency visits are no fuss no drama.

You set up with the agency and they take care of the scheduling and what not. You expect the girls to know the routine and expect that the agency has vetted the provider and the client. They are supposed to pay taxes and the ladies expect to be shielded from the hassle of talking to a bunch of idiots who claim to want to meet up but never do.

Don't think for a second that you will see an agency girl and it be flawless every time. Like anything else, the providers have real world problems just like you and some are better at overcoming those than others. I've never had a bad agency experience but there have been some that had hiccups.

I can say that I have never had an agency appointment that was poo pooed once scheduled. That happens pretty often with indy providers, especially if you are trying for an early morning appointment. Those almost never work. Too many things can go wrong. Nobody's fault, just the way it goes.

Lia is right, screening on both ends is the best way to stay safe and have fun.
