I want to post this in the Alert section but my questions is can I post his name and phone number and I have a picture of him too. This guy seems to have some serious mental problems and possibly dangerous. I would like to warn the ladies.

Not a mod here, but:

You are not permitted to post full names or numbers in alerts. What you can do is post a partial number. Example (51x) x23-4567 is a bad guy. His name is JxxN Jxxes.

Always post alert-worthy info.

If it is a bad client, you may also want to post in the powder room.
