Every bit of evidence, every email, telephone call, text, file, expense statement, memorandum of meeting, meeting notes, etc of this special counsel needs to be preserved and scrutinized.

Also, agreements must be signed that people who worked on this special council cannot use information from it and sign confidentiality agreements with huge financial penalties.
