Default Informative words from a knowledgable American

I know that many of you like to shoot from the unhip without information but plenty of talking points. This is an article written by Colonel David Hunt (ret,). It will only take a couple of minutes to read and you should come away with a better understanding of what went wrong in Benghazi, would could have gone right, what was available, and who had the ultimate responsibility.

This, I think, is the most significant paragraph in your link, JD.

When the first shot was fired in Benghazi, no one knew how long the fight would last. Subsequent government claims saying we could not get there within the seven-plus hours that the tragedy lasted are specious at best and an outright lie at worst. We did not even care enough to try; that fact alone should make all Americans who mourn the loss of four of our countrymen very angry.

We did not even care enough to try. Wow. That is the defining statement of this administration.

It hasn't been debated. Our side has made a charge and asked a lot of questions that have not been answered. The other side has denied anything happened or we've been told that it makes no difference now and it was a long time ago. In fact Howard Dean thinks it took place a year and a half ago. He was a democratic presidentail candidate you know.
